She later taught both advanced legal writing and civil procedure as a law professor at Barry University (and also tutored other law students on both legal writing and civil procedure during law school).  She also spent many years helping other attorneys draft complex but critically important documents in major litigation and very high dollar cases before she opened her own practice.
